In an article titled ” Rewards offered to report illegal hunting practices”

Paula Tracy writes: “…..If you observe someone taking an over-limit of fish, shooting an animal out of season, at night, hunting without a license, or leaving trash in an area where they have been hunting or fishing, let Operation Game Thief know about it….”

The article seems to be suggesting people approach hunters and check for licenses….thats harassment…plain and simple….

FYI, it also is legal to hunt coyotes at night 1Jan-31Mar this season.

According to Chapter 207 Section 57 of the RSA’s Harassing  hunters is a crime:
